Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Finishing Works with 10–15 years of experience in managing multiple interior and finishing projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in tile work, flooring, and other finishing activities, with the ability to independently manage project execution, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple finishing and interior projects simultaneously from planning to handover.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely execution of all finishing activities including:
- Tile installation (major expertise required)
- Stone and marble works
- Flooring works
- False ceiling
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Glass & aluminum works
- Joinery and other finishing activities
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and project costs.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure projects are handed over within the committed timeline.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in tile work and finishing work (mandatory).
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and finishing specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project (preferred), and project reporting.

Qualifications

- B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in interior and finishing projects.
- Proven experience managing commercial, residential, retail, or institutional finishing projects.

Mandatory Requirements

- Extensive hands-on experience in tile work and finishing activities is compulsory.
- Must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing experience is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Having bike is compulsory for regular site visits.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in and around Bangalore.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
