Job Summary

NSS is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of security personnel performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations.

* Supervise and support Security Supervisors and Security Guards. Guard Training, Requirements, Team Player

* Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.

* Ensure all security personnel are deployed according to client requirements.

* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of security staff.

* Maintain robust relationships with clients and promptly address service-related concerns.

* Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security personnel.

* Prepare operational reports, incident reports, deployment records, and client feedback reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

* Investigate incidents, security breaches, and client complaints, and implement corrective actions.

* Coordinate with the HR, Administration,



and Finance departments for smooth operational support.

* Optimize manpower utilization while maintaining service quality.

* Participate in client meetings, contract renewals, and business development activities when required.

* Ensure emergency response plans are implemented effectively at all sites.

Required Qualifications

* Any Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

* *8 to10 years of experience* in operations management, only in the security services industry.

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

* Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
