Job Summary

Eptron Solutions PVT Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Telecom, Residential and C&I; Solar projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the execution of solar power, telecom passive infrastructure, and electrical engineering projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Assist in resource planning and project logistics.
- Support project closure activities and documentation.

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Passive Infra Or Solar Industry ONLY. (Candidates with experience limited to Software, IT, or Software Development projects will not be considered).
- Experience in coordinating engineering or technical projects will be an advantage.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and project trackers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of project coordination and documentation.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
