Position: Project Manager – Fit-Out (Civil & MEP)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10–15 Years (or as per requirement)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Corporate Office Fit-Out projects.
Coordinate Civil, Interior, and MEP activities for smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedule, quality, cost, and safety compliance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
Plan manpower, materials, and resources to meet project milestones.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.
Prepare project progress reports, billing coordination, and documentation.
