We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee queries, and supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in payroll inputs, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate training sessions and HR-related meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹18,038.06 per month
