Job Profile :-
- Issuance of BMR, ECR, TDS, Seal, Logbook, QMS (Change control, Deviation, OOS, OOT, Incident, Market complaint, Production, QC and other department related formats, etc).
- Handling of Dispatch Activity for Local & Export.
- Handling of Change control Activity.
- Handling of Line clearance Activity.
- Review Monitoring the IPQA activity in production and warehouse area.
- Preparation of APQR (Annual production quality review).Preparation of Annual Graphical trending.
- Review of Batch manufacturing Record (BMR) and Equipment Cleaning Record.
- Review of certificates of analysis (COA) of finished product analysis in Batch Manufacturing record.
