Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have robust financial management skills, experience in the food and restaurant industry, and the ability to provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

* Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

* Ensure timely closure of books and maintain accurate financial records.

* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and working capital requirements.

* Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

* Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.





* Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

* Collaborate with operations, procurement, and restaurant teams to improve financial performance and cost controls.

Required Qualifications

* Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance is preferred.

* 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

* Experience in the Food & Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
