Video Content Creator – UGC & Performance Ads

We are looking for a creative and confident Video Content Creator who can create engaging, high-converting video content for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and social media.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera and capable of turning product ideas, scripts, and marketing concepts into natural, attention-grabbing videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Create UGC-style videos for paid advertising and social media.
- Create informative, promotional, product-focused, and problem-solution videos.
- Record engaging hooks, product demonstrations, testimonials, and talking-head videos.
- Present products naturally and confidently on camera.
- Understand scripts and deliver them in a conversational, non-robotic manner.
- Create multiple video variations with different hooks, angles, and presentations for ad testing.
- Work closely with our marketing and video editing team to develop performance-focused creatives.
- Follow current Instagram Reels, UGC, and short-form video trends.
- Suggest new content ideas and creative concepts based on products and target audiences.
- Record high-quality vertical videos suitable for Instagram Reels and Meta Ads.

What We’re Looking For





- Confident and natural on-camera presence.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak clearly in Hindi/Hinglish; English communication is an advantage.
- Understanding of UGC and short-form social media content.
- Ability to make videos that feel authentic rather than overly scripted.
- Creative mindset and ability to experiment with different content styles.
- Previous experience creating UGC, Reels, advertisements, or brand videos is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience creating content for D2C/e-commerce brands or Meta Ads will be highly preferred. Candidates with an existing portfolio, Instagram/Reels work, or previous UGC samples are encouraged to share them when applying.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
