Hiring: Tele Caller Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Maintain customer records and regularly update CRM data
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Prepare daily call reports and feedback records
Skills Required:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
Positive attitude with convincing skills
Preferred Candidate:
Strong communication and customer handling abilities
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
