We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage potential customers over calls, and a passion for achieving sales and customer service goals. Candidates with at least 6 months of Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services effectively to generate interest.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
