Job Responsibilities- Strong understanding of process instruments: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow (PTLF sensors) Knowledge of control valves, actuators, positioners Experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI systems Knowledge of pneumatic & electronic instrumentation Calibration of: Pressure gauges & transmitters, RTD/TC, Flow meters, pH/Conductivity meters, Weighing scales & load cells, Ability to read P&ID;, PFD, hook-up drawings, instrument loop diagrams Understanding of: Control logic, PID tuning, Instrument communication protocols (HART, Modbus, Profibus), Software & Tools, AutoCAD (basic for instrumentation drawings), MS Office (Excel for mapping calibration records) Routine Maintenance,



Preventive Maintenance & Plant Support Calibration & Documentation Installation of transmitter, control valve, DCS, SCADA, PLC panels, Process Improvement Compliance & Safety.

Eligibility - B.E./B.Tech /Diploma Instrument Or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years of experience
