Job Description

Hexamicro Systems is looking for enthusiastic freshers with a strong interest in Research & Development (R&D;), Product Design, and Hardware Development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing innovative products, developing prototypes, and solving real-world engineering challenges. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of electronics, mechanical product design, prototyping, and basic embedded systems will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the research, design, and development of new hardware products.
- Develop product concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concept (POC) models.
- Create 2D/3D product designs and engineering drawings using CAD tools.
- Support prototype assembly, hardware integration, and product validation.
- Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), design documents, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Embedded, PCB, and Manufacturing teams during product development.
- Improve existing products by identifying design enhancements and cost optimization opportunities.
- Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with engineering standards.




- Participate in continuous innovation and new product development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Product Design and Product Development fundamentals.
- Positive understanding of Analog & Digital Electronics.
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and hardware testing.
- Basic understanding of PCB design, components, and circuit analysis.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and design documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
