Telecaller Job Description

Location: Cuttack
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Type: Full time

Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to handle customer calls, explain services/products, and maintain good customer relationships. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and clients
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up with interested customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Odia
- Basic computer knowledge




- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a team

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Experience

- 0–2 years preferred

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday Off
