In this role, you will be the champion and face of company to all talent outside of our walls and have the ability to easily connect with anyone that you talk to. You will identify, attract, and assess passive prospects and guide them on their journey home to Knowledge Capital. You will become a member of a tight-knit partnership with internal stakeholders and leadership to partner across the organization to deeply understand company mission, values, and hiring needs and to develop the unique role as the primary advocate for both our company in conveying chance and awesomeness in working at Knowledge Capital and for prospects and lead them through all steps in the recruiting and interviewing process.

Required:

- Strong academic achievement.
- Achievement oriented background beyond academics.




- Prior experience in talent acquisition, customer service, or sales would be a great fit.
- Track record of consistency and commitment in leading and completing projects on or before assigned dates.
- Ability to be creative and think differently.
- Super strong written abilities - huge plus if you have great creative writing abilities.
- High energy with an aptitude to quickly learn and take action.
- Track record of doing something new and growth through lessons learned.
- Success in a team oriented environment.
- Thrives and can prioritize in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree is ideal.
