Hiring: Quality Manager (SPES Hospital)

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

SPES Super Speciality Hospital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to lead the hospital's Quality & Patient Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with NABH standards.

Qualification

- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration) / MPH or equivalent.
- Certified NABH Internal Assessor / Quality Management certification will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hospital Quality Management.
- Experience in NABH Accreditation (5th/6th Edition) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and monitor the Hospital Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with NABH Standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Internal Audits, Departmental Audits, and follow up on CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate NABH accreditation, surveillance, and re-accreditation activities.
- Monitor Hospital Quality Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Organize quality meetings, management reviews, and quality improvement projects.
- Lead patient safety initiatives, risk management, incident reporting, and RCA.
- Conduct staff training on NABH standards, SOPs,



patient safety, infection control, and quality protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation, policy updates, SOP implementation, and record management.
- Coordinate with HODs to close audit observations and improve departmental compliance.
- Support Infection Control, Biomedical Waste Management, Medication Safety, and Clinical Audit activities.
- Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction scores and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the hospital.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of NABH 6th Edition Standards.
- Hospital Quality Management & Accreditation.
- Clinical Audit & Documentation.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS Reporting.
