Next Door is a next-generation real estate advisory platform that helps people buy, sell, and invest in property with confidence. With a growing presence across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
* Oversee attendance, leave management, and other employee lifecycle processes.
* Organize employee engagement initiatives and support employee relations.
* Assist with performance management and grievance resolution.
* Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* A certification in Human Resources, HR Management, Talent Acquisition, or a related field is mandatory.
* At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
