Job description:

Roles & responsibilities

1. Preparation of the baseline project schedule with suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project. Preparation of the detailed project resource plan and cashflows

2. Management of the progress measurement system and reporting. Identify project delays and issues and report.

3. Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.

4. Conduct coordination meetings with clients, office departments, suppliers, contractors and labors to review progress, catch-up plan, schedules, resolve conflicts and issues.

5. Prepare catch-up planning and scheduling and implementation / monitoring.

6. Preparation of daily progress reports. Updating of weekly progress schedules. And submission of monthly project report.

7. Maintain project control documentation such as meeting minutes, issues register, request for information’s, submittals, change register,



procurement plan, etc.

8. Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.

9. Attending weekly client review meetings with project manager and present project schedule status, delays and issues.

10. Ensure that all planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.

Required Skill:

Strong knowledge in industrial project experience in construction field is must.
P6 knowledge is must
Flexible to work at site

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
