Job Summary

Kalpavirutcham Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Field Sales Executive to support business expansion within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to support business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and territory updates.




- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Field Sales or General Trade Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Mandatory Requirements

- Own two-wheeler.
- Valid Driving License.
- Experience in FMCG Sales.
