About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end domestic and export logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation & Dispatch Management - Manage domestic and export transportation, plan dispatches, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with production, merchandising, stores, transporters, and accounts to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Freight & Cost Management - Negotiate freight rates, optimize transportation costs, verify transporter invoices, and coordinate payments with the accounts team.
- Issue Resolution - Proactively resolve transportation, customs, and shipment-related issues to minimize delays and ensure seamless logistics operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Education & Experience - Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce,
or a related field with 4–5 years of experience in domestic and export logistics.
- Logistics & Export Expertise - Strong knowledge of international shipping, GST, E Way Bills, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and other logistics partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems.
