Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Europe Career Advisor to manage end-to-end application processing for public universities across Europe, including Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Finland, and Italy. The role requires strong expertise in counselling, profile assessment, documentation, application systems, and coordination to ensure a seamless student journey from application to visa.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end admissions process for European public universities
- Assist students with university shortlisting based on profile, eligibility, and country-specific requirements
- Handle complete documentation process including SOPs, LORs, academic records, and application forms
- Work extensively on platforms like Uni-Assist, APS (Germany), and university portals
- Coordinate with universities for application tracking, offer letters, and follow-ups
- Support students with visa documentation and pre-departure formalities
- Collaborate closely with counselling/sales teams to drive application-to-enrollment conversions




- Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure strict adherence to application timelines
- Ensure a smooth and professional student experience throughout the admission lifecycle

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in Europe admissions / client servicing
- Strong understanding of Germany public university process (APS, Uni-Assist mandatory)
- Exposure to Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Poland admission systems preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with solid documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
