Job Description:
Manage many inbound and few outbound calls in a day
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the correct tools
Analyse and understand customer needs and recommend products based on their requirements
Meet customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Required Skills: (Candidates with proficiency in Hindi, English & Tamil shall require)
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, tele-calling, call centre, cold calling and customer retention process




Prior experience with CRM practices
Must have prior experience in handling customers
Should have knowledge on customer service operations
Multi-tasking, time management and target achieving skills
Must possess customer oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English & Tamil)
Discipline, positive attitude and punctuality
