Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee all security operations for our commercial building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, employees, and property while managing security personnel, access control systems, emergency response procedures, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring 24/7 security coverage.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, visitor management, and security operations.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with tenants, management, local authorities, police, and emergency services when required.
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
- Manage security vendors and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
- Conduct fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness training.
- Investigate security breaches,



prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of incidents, visitor logs, access cards, and security equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Administration, and Facility teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in security management, preferably in commercial buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, or corporate offices.
- Robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, fire safety, emergency response, and security operations.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in commercial real estate or facility management.
- Certification in Industrial Security, Fire & Safety, or Disaster Management is an added advantage.
- Retired Armed Forces, Police, or Paramilitary personnel with relevant corporate security experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
