- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in mobile app or web development.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Invision.
- Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and improve.
