Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for our participants. You'll assist customers with inquiries, bookings, payments, and event information while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls
- Guide customers through bookings and payments
- Share trek details, itineraries, and event information
- Maintain participant records and booking data
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Coordinate with the operations team before every event
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs
- Friendly, patient, and organized
- Freshers are welcome
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
