- Lead architectural design and planning, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
- Create detailed architectural plans and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute projects successfully.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring design intent and construction quality.
- Champion sustainable design practices (eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions).
- Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address client concerns.

Qualifications:

- BArch/MArch degree in Architecture.
- 4-5years of architectural design and project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; 3D modeling experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in sustainable design and environmentally responsible architecture.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
