Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand our educational products and services in Agra and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, teachers, and distributors, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies in Agra and surrounding districts
- Visit schools, teachers and dealers regularly.
- Promote company products such as books, learning materials, and teacher gift solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with school authorities, teachers, and distributors
- Identify current business opportunities and onboard new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within Agra and nearby regions
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in school outreach or book distribution
- Local market knowledge of Agra and nearby districts
- Good network with schools or coaching institutes
