We are hiring a Senior Architect for a leading architectural firm. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, planning, project execution, and client coordination for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D models, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, NBC, local authority norms, and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and construction details.
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Guide junior architects and design teams throughout project execution.
- Resolve design and technical issues during construction.
- Ensure high standards of quality, functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office




- Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and building materials
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects
- Solid client handling and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of building codes, approvals, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage projects independently from concept to handover

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
