Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor who can join immediately and lead front desk operations efficiently while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily front office operations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Support and guide front office team members




- Monitor reservations, room status, and allocations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain reports, records, and shift handovers
- Ensure grooming and service standards are followed

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of PMS systems and MS Office
- Well-groomed and professional personality
- Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts
