Job Description – Project Manager (Retail, QSR & Infrastructure Projects)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee Retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), and Infrastructure projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, vendor management, budgeting, billing, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of Retail, QSR, and Infrastructure projects.

Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates.

Resolve project-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Identify, appoint, and manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Verify work completion and approve contractor bills as per project progress.

Billing & Commercial Management

Prepare and review project billing, client invoices, and contractor payment certifications.

Track project costs, variations,



and change orders.

Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Ensure timely submission of RA Bills, final bills, and project documentation.

Monitor project profitability and cost control measures.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, and contractual documents.

Prepare MIS reports, project status reports, and budget tracking reports.

Ensure proper handover and closure of completed projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–10+ years of experience in managing Retail Fit-Out, QSR, and Infrastructure projects.

Solid experience in project billing, cost control, and contractor management.

Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
