Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in administrative and back-office operations within the industrial or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally, excel at operational follow-ups, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Data Entry: Maintain daily accounting entries, billing, and commercial documentation using Tally.
- Operational Follow-ups: Actively follow up with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order updates, dispatch schedules, and pending payments.
- Documentation & Quotations: Assist in drafting formal quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and general business correspondence.
- Client & Inquiry Coordination: Manage incoming emails,



handle phone inquiries, and route communication to relevant department heads efficiently.
- Database & Report Management: Organize and update client databases, inventory registers, and daily operational reports in MS Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of back-office / administrative experience (experience in compressor, valve, or industrial manufacturing companies is a strong plus).
- Key Skills:
- High proficiency in Tally (latest versions) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication abilities.
- Robust attention to accuracy and detail in documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
