We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for Housekeeping staffs and frontline positions. The Field Recruiter will travel to various locations, build relationships with local communities and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field recruitment activities and local networks.
- Visit communities & nearby villages, to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned manpower requirements.
- Collect and verify candidate documents for onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and employment partners.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions for recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field recruitment of housekeeping staffs in any facility Management company.
- Experience in hiring blue-collar, housekeeping, security,
facility management, logistics, or retail staff is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.
