Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BIM skilled to develop and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and Interior BIM models. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects, guiding team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Architectural and Structural BIM models based on design drawings and project standards.
Prepare detailed BIM models with required Levels of Detailing (LOD).
Perform 2D Rebar Detailing and assist in preparation of construction/shop drawings.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project compliance.
Prepare as-built BIM models using point cloud data, site survey drawings, and markups.
Run clash detection and support coordination activities using Navisworks.
Create and manage Revit Families as per project requirements.
Ensure deliverables are completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Good understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
