Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present KommonSpace's Virtual Office, Managed Office, and business support services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in B2B sales, coworking, virtual office, real estate, or business services is an added advantage.
