We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 8+ years in full-stack development.

Key Skills:

- 8+ years of overall experience in full-stack development with solid expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Proven experience in designing scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and Angular.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in frontend development using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js internals.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deploying scalable applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and managing agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive end-to-end delivery.
