Job Description

- Plan, execute, and monitor ballastless (slab) track installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Implement approved work programs and methodologies to ensure timely and productive project delivery.

- Coordinate with Project Manager, planning, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless execution of track works.

- Manage material logistics, manpower, and equipment deployment as per approved monthly and weekly plans.

- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).

- Monitor project progress and KPIs,



prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and report status to stakeholders.

- Lead and control subcontractor activities, assign daily tasks, and drive productivity improvements on site.

- Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety briefings and trainings, and address on-site safety issues proactively.

- Coordinate with Client, GC, and inspection authorities for site instructions, inspections, approvals, and handovers.

- Provide technical guidance for all ballastless track activities up to achievement of final track parameters.

- Identify and resolve design, execution, and resource interface issues to avoid delays and rework.

- Facilitate smooth handover and takeover between contractors and project phases in line with contractual requirements.
