Experience

- 1–3 years for Quality Inspector
- Experience in optical industry, precision assembly, plastics, metal products,

automotive, or consumer products preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Incoming, in-process and final quality inspection as per Quality Standards.
- Check cosmetic appearance, frame alignment, lens fitting and hinge function.
- Identify and segregate defective products.
- Maintain inspection records and support CAPA/NCR activities.
- Use measuring instruments such as digital caliper, lensometer and gauges.
- Follow SOPs, 5S, safety and quality procedures.
- Working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, RCA, 7 QC tools, FTR, AQL Inspection, Visual

Quality Standards.

- Awareness of ISO documentation.

- Visual inspection, Mechanical drawing interpretation, Dimensional inspection, Defect

identification,

- Attention to detail
- Basic MS Excel, ERP/SAP knowledge (preferred).
- Mechanical measurement
