We're Hiring: Technical Lead (5–9 Years Experience)

We're looking for a Technical Lead who enjoys building products, solving complex problems, and leading teams to create software that makes a real impact.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and is excited about building scalable, production-ready solutions.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5–9 years of hands-on software development experience

✔ Experience building and launching at least 2–3 production-grade software products used by 100–1000+ users

✔ Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, deployment, and scalability

✔ Experience leading, mentoring, and growing engineering teams

✔ Hands-on experience with Claude, VS Code, and AI-powered development workflows

✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills





Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and mentor the engineering team

✔ Drive technical strategy, architecture, and product development decisions

✔ Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software delivery

✔ Collaborate closely with product, business, and cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions

✔ Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
