We are seeking accomplished and experienced professionals to join as Executive Advisor - Talent Acquisition & People Management.

To clarify upfront, this is not an insurance policy selling role. The opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can acquire talent, build, guide, and manage large teams while creating long-term value and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Leadership:

- Drive scaling-up initiatives through effective leadership, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Support organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2) Talent Acquisition & People Management:

- Acquire talent, build, mentor, and manage large teams.
- Coach and guide team members to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Support succession planning and leadership chain development.

3) Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize your network to promote business development.
- Represent the organization at all forum with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.

Compensation:

- Competitive compensation package: INR 55 - 60 Lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
- A significant proportion of the total compensation is performance-linked, enabling exceptional performers to earn well beyond the stated CTC.

Candidate Profile:

1) Educational Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution (Graduates with professional/technical degree will also be considered).
- Skilled certifications in HR or People Management will be an added advantage.

2) Experience:

- 25+ years.
- Proven track record of acquiring and leading large teams and delivering measurable results.
