- Ensure compliance with all applicable Canadian transportation regulations, including National Safety Code (NSC), Hours of Service (HOS), ELD requirements, and provincial/federal regulations.
- Monitor driver qualification files and maintain records of driver's licences, abstracts, medical certificates, training records, and employment documentation.
- Manage fleet compliance by tracking vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, annual inspections, permits, registrations, and insurance documentation.
- Review driver logs and ELD reports to ensure compliance with Hours of Service regulations and investigate any violations.
- Conduct internal safety audits and prepare documentation for government inspections, compliance reviews, and audits.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, cargo claims, and safety violations, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate recent driver orientation, safety training, defensive driving programs, dangerous goods (TDG) training, and ongoing compliance education.
- Monitor carrier safety ratings, CVOR/NSC performance, roadside inspection reports,



and violation trends to improve fleet safety performance.
- Coordinate dispatch operations by assigning loads based on driver availability, Hours of Service compliance, equipment availability, and customer requirements.
- Plan efficient routes while optimizing equipment utilization, fuel efficiency, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, warehouses, and shippers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments using GPS and transportation management systems (TMS), providing customers with real-time shipment updates.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, breakdowns, border crossings, and customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Respond promptly to roadside inspections, emergency situations, customer inquiries, and regulatory requests.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
