Job description

Amrita Online is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create SEO-friendly content that enhances brand visibility and supports student engagement

Key Responsibilities

Create SEO-Optimized & LLM-Ready Content- Research, write, and update high-quality blog articles optimized for search engines (SEO) and AI-powered search/LLMs (GEO/AEO),

Develop Website & Program Content- Create and maintain compelling content for program pages, landing pages, admissions pages, FAQs, student success stories, and other website assets to improve engagement and conversions.





Content Research & Thought Leadership- Conduct in-depth research on higher education, industry trends, career opportunities, and emerging technologies (AI, Business Analytics, ESG, FinTech, etc.) to develop insightful, value-driven content.

Content Optimization & Performance Improvement- Continuously audit and optimize existing content for SEO, readability, internal linking, structured data opportunities, and AI discoverability to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Marketing & Campaign Content- Develop persuasive copy for email campaigns, social media, brochures, advertisements, webinars, video scripts, and other marketing initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Governance- Work closely with the SEO, digital marketing, design, faculty, admissions, and product teams to ensure content accuracy, timely delivery, brand consistency, and adherence to editorial and quality standards.
