Hiring: Leader – Telesales

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 Telesales executives.

· Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for tab tests and healthcare services.

· Monitor daily dialer activity, agent productivity, and call metrics.

· Coach team members to improve script delivery and conversion rates.

· Ensure high-quality customer interactions and manage escalations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Conversion Rates

· Revenue per executive

· Team target achievement

· Call productivity & quality

Who Should Apply:





· 2–6 years of experience in Telesales within the Healthcare/BFSI domain.

· Experience in selling Healthcare related products would be an added advantage

· Track record of successfully managing a team of 10–15 people.

· Must have worked on Dialer.

· Strong in numbers, leadership, and closing skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
