You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing sales leads through our CRM, engaging prospects via WhatsApp Business API, and converting inbound/outbound leads into sales. ### Key Responsibilities * **Outbound & Inbound Sales:** Make high-volume outbound calls using an **IVR auto-dialer** system to pitch our products/services to potential customers. * **Lead & Pipeline Management:** Track, nurture, and regularly follow up with assigned leads to drive sales conversions. * **CRM Operations:** Update and maintain accurate lead statuses, customer interactions, call logs, and deal stages in the **CRM system**.
