Position: Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team by managing post-sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all post-sales coordination activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport partners for timely dispatches.
- Attend and resolve queries from customers and transporters.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in Spectrum Software.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Manage customer inquiries and correspondence through email.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales operations.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
- Positive computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the chemical industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
