About Us

Brain Light Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Behavioral Therapy, and Early Intervention services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO cum Admin Executive to manage our online presence while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Digital Marketing

- Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and Google Business Profile.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage Google Business Profile updates, reviews, and local SEO.
- Create SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and website pages.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Build quality backlinks and improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with website developers for technical SEO improvements.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Handle front office and administrative documentation.
- Maintain records, reports, and office files.
- Coordinate appointments and support daily office operations.
- Assist with admissions, parent inquiries, and follow-up calls.
- Manage office inventory and vendor coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports for management.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website management is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Administrative roles.
- Freshers with SEO certification and strong practical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
