JOB PROFILE:

- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes
- Order Processing and Logistics:
- Process export orders, including order entry, shipment scheduling, and coordinating delivery arrangements
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Customer Support:
- Assist customers with export-related inquiries, order status, and documentation requirements
- Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly




- Provide guidance to customers on export regulations, documentation, and shipping options

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 3 Yr.+ Experienced Candidate in EXIM (Export and Import) with knowledge of Advance License Application, EODC, and EPCG can only apply
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations, export procedures, and customs compliance
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing export documentation
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including freight forwarding and shipping procedures
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to export operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
