We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Telecaller cum Billing Executive who can efficiently handle patient calls and manage billing operations through our clinic software. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and basic system knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
- Provide appointment information and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Generate patient bills and invoices using clinic software
- Assist in patient registration and data entry
- Coordinate with front office and doctors for smooth operations
- Ensure accuracy in billing and maintain records

✅ Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Telugu +Hindi+ basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
- Experience in telecalling or front office is an advantage
- Quick learner and responsible attitude

Qualification:





- Minimum: Intermediate / Graduate

Experience:

- 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Salary:

- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
