Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations & Production Head to lead our manufacturing, production, and technical operations for hydraulic tools and equipment. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the design, assembly, production, testing, and quality control of hydraulic products. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end production while driving operational efficiency and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee production, operations, and manufacturing activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the complete manufacturing process of hydraulic tools and equipment.
- Supervise production teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, sales, and engineering departments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to production and product performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and operations.

Required Technical Expertise

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge and experience in manufacturing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting products such as:

- Hydraulic Jacks
- Hydraulic Pumps (Hand, Electric & Air Operated)
- Hydraulic Cylinders
- Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
- Hydraulic Pullers




- Hydraulic Presses
- Hydraulic Power Packs
- Hydraulic Accessories & Fittings
- Other Industrial Hydraulic Tools & Equipment

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and industrial equipment.
- Experience in production planning and operations management.
- Ability to lead and manage production teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and testing procedures.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP/software for production planning is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in the hydraulic tools/equipment manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within production or operations is mandatory.
