About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. If you have hands-on experience in accounting practices and enjoy working in a structured, professional environment, this is a great opportunity to enhance your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime
- Process monthly payroll based on HR inputs
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments
- Ensure accurate Professional Tax (PT) compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain vendor ledgers
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Support in the finalization of financial statements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in a CA Firm
- Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- (M.Com or Semi-qualified CA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PT, and Indian taxation
- Good understanding of payroll processing and accounting entries
- Ability to assist in finalization of accounts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
