Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer – RPA with hands-on experience in Blue Prism to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing automation solutions that improve business efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Configure and maintain Blue Prism environments, including security and access controls.
- Develop and support automation workflows, reusable components, and integrations.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation processes.
- Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documents, and user guides.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
- Blue Prism Associate Developer Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in Blue Prism installation, configuration, administration, and security setup.
- Valuable understanding of VB .NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and Windows technologies.
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, and Queues.
- Knowledge of Git or other version control tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
- Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) Certification.
- Exposure to additional RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
