❖ Primary Responsibilities
Course Counselling to students walking in to the academy and make them enroll in the course of their interest.
Arranging the classes, batch timings, taking induction and other necessary coordination works in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the classes.
Addressing the grievances of students.
Ensure the timely completion of the documentation works which are stipulated by our accreditation body.
❖ Secondary Responsibilities
Coordination of counseling with Marketing Head.
Coordination of grievance with Grievance Head.
Support the Marketing Team in case of any assistance required.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
